- One entry per person
- To enter, download the coloring page, print out the page, color and decorate however you like!
- Pictures or photos can be returned via Facebook or email (appointments@dentalhealthcarecenter.com)
Be sure to include the child’s first name (only) and age on the front of the page. Please include the parent’s first and last name in the email so the winner may be notified.
Each turkey will be entered into a drawing for an Oral B electric toothbrush!
